Lena Hach was born in Hesse in 1982. She attended a school for clowns and studied English, German and creative writing. She first worked as a journalist and then devoted herself to children’s and youth literature. In the meantime, many of her books have been published. “Der verrückte Erfinderschuppen” [The Crazy Inventors’ Hut] was awarded the Leipzig Reading Compass in 2018.
