Andreas Völlinger grew up in the Ruhr region and has grown up to some extent. Already during his studies of communication science and English in Essen and Wellington/New Zealand, he wrote articles for various magazines, shot short films and wrote the texts for numerous comics. This was followed by an internship in script editing and further training at the Academy for Children’s Media in Erfurt. He lives in Berlin, where he works as a writer and editor mainly on animated series, comics and story apps, and is always delighted with the many cinemas and comic shops locally.
