Jörg Mühle
Pretty Brave!
Fear and courage are siblings – and Nini, Goldi and Klaus are best friends. They’re desperate to find out what it means to be brave. It certainly isn’t being afraid of something that isn’t dangerous at all! Being brave means breaking new ground and saying ‘No!’ every now and then. But what about tests of courage? Are they generally daft, or can they actually be fun?
In his first comic, Jörg Mühle tells a dozen brave stories. Among them is the tale of Goldi (the hamster), who absolutely loves a good scare and is therefore never afraid. Or the story of the big bad wolf, who’s scared of Ursula, the friendly bear.
Courage is always a very personal matter. If you’re not afraid, you don’t have to dare to do anything. It can be that simple – but it usually isn’t.
These stories of courage open a new chapter for the multi-talented Jörg Mühle. One of the stories has already been published in the formidable comic magazine Polle. It doesn’t take much courage to look forward to the others.
