ERIC & EDGAR SCHWARZ, born in Saarbrücken in 1996, are two of three brothers. Having grown up together in Germany, they are now often far apart. Eric lives in Paris and works as an illustrator and comic-book writer. Edgar is working on his PhD in sports science, which takes him from Germany to Sydney, Mexico and Buenos Aires. Despite the distance, they stay in close contact. When shall we meet next? What happened last week? What do you think of this drawing on a sock, and what on earth rhymes with ‘turtle’? At some point, the brothers began writing songs together and collaborating creatively; the result is their first joint book, Feuer Feuer Ungeheuer [Fire Fire Monster].
