Elena Prochnow was born in Minsk, Belarus in 1978. Ever since she can remember, she has loved listening to records with stories and drawing. She grew up in Tallinn, Estonia, where she attended the State Art School and graduated with a diploma. She studied journalism and law.
In 2020, she graduated in communication design with a focus on illustration from the Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts in Kiel. She lives with her husband and daughter in Schleswig-Holstein, loves reading, travelling and long walks.
