Young witch Henriette Piggyback had actually just wanted to spend an exciting day at the museum. But then her great-aunt Martha reads a mysterious inscription aloud there and BAM! She’s turned into a stone statue!

In an attempt to save her, Henriette accidentally frees Barbara Ranunkel, a witch from the Middle Ages who had been turned to stone for 500 years. Luckily, Barbara knows the secret library of the old witch institute, where they can look up how to break spells.

But the library’s dark corridors are guarded by spectres, and if they touch you, you freeze in terror and can’t move! But Henriette wouldn’t be Henriette if she couldn’t solve the problem with a clever mix of brains, technology and a pinch of hocus-pocus!
