Malene Walter, born in Soltau in 1991, completed her training as a businesswoman for marketing communication and subsequently built up an internet community. She worked as a child minder in a rural family hotel and while doing so opened her online shop for art prints and commissioned works. Eventually, she ventured into self-employment and has been working as an illustrator ever since. In November 2019, her first children’s book “Fussel und der Mutausbruch” was published by Morisken Verlag.
She lives with her husband, their two children and two cats in the middle of the Luneburg Heath.
