Born in 1966, Anna Schindler grew up in a house full of books in the Odenwald with four siblings. She was deeply impressed by personal encounters with Astrid Lindgren and Michael Ende. At the age of 14, she moved to Switzerland. She wrote stories, a play and read. Since 2015, she has immersed herself as a writer in the world of children’s and picture books.
