Tobias Krejtschi, born in 1980 in Dresden, studied Illustration in Hamburg. Still a student he won various illustration contests. Clever Mama Sambona (Die schlaue Mama Sambona), his first picture book, was nominated for the German Children’s Literature Award and has also won the Troisdorf Picture Book Award. www.tobiaskrejtschi.de
