The Unbelievably Old Cat

Grandma’s cat is older than any other — it has been by her side since her childhood! Grandma loves to tell the incredible story again and again, and her grandchild adores it.
When Grandma was still a child, the cat was in a serious car accident. Shortly afterward, it returned home astonishingly changed: small and shy, but healthy.
“Grandma, couldn’t it also be that …”
“Wait! The story isn’t over yet.”

The loving relationship between Grandma and the child is the secure foundation on which this playful, gently wobbling story rests. We follow Grandma from her childhood into old age, and we follow the cat through its seven lives.
And in the end, we sense this: some secrets create bonds — precisely because they remain unresolved.
The Easter Bunny and Saint Nicholas know that, too.
